A Supportive Place to Begin

I provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself.

Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll slow things down, understand what you’re experiencing, and begin to shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I draw from approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and other evidence-based methods to support both current challenges and deeper patterns
